    ORDER

    Very simple, just link to IMMENSE.TW. Browse our products through the search bar category page or through the designer's page. Choose the size and color of the project and add it to your shopping cart. Once you're ready, you can settle them.

    At checkout we use PAYPAL to collect Mastercard and Visa cards, all Visa and MasterCard transactions will be completed through PAYPAL. For some domestic users, we open COD.

    You will need to fill in your credit card details, please ensure that all information is correct.

    This is a service that enhances your security and prevents unauthorized use. When you arrive at the checkout page, you will be redirected from our billing page to the card issuer's website, where you will be asked to reconfirm the information and enter your password.

    If you have any questions about online shopping security, please contact your card-issuing bank and verify any relevant details, or go directly to the issuing bank's website.

    PRE-ORDER

    Pre-order are any orders made of items uploaded online that are not yet available in stock, whose delivery is set in the following months.
    Suppliers for Immense suggest and confirm the delivery deadline for their own collection.

    Immense cannot be accountable for any delays, cancellations or variations made on pre-orderable items during the production stage.

  • About Measurements

    The measurement methods of the clothes are all flattened and measured by the hand (unit: CM), and the error value is ±1CM.

    The length of the back (length) does not include the collar; the shoulder width is the distance from the shoulder line to shoulder line; the chest width is from point to point of underarm; the sleeve length is shoulder line to cuff; the depth of the trousers is from the waist to the lowest point of crotch; Trousers Length is from waist to the lowest point of pants.
  • About Sizing
    We will try our best to mark the dimensions clearly on the site.
    The recommended dimensions are as follows:

    Height 150-162cm Select XS /
    Height 162-170cm Select S / 46
    Height 171-176cm Select M / 48
    Height 177-183cm Select L / 50
    Height 184cm up Select XL / 52

    The above dimensions are only inferred according to the height.
     For detailed dimensions, please refer to the measurement chart,

     or inform us of the body details such as your height and weight by FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM. We will manually judge the size you need.


  • HOW DO I KNOW THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?
    As we are buying all products directly from the designer or authorised distributor of each brand, we can confirm that each and every product we sell is 100% authentic.
  • I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD AND MY ACCOUNT IS NOW LOCKED?
    To ensure each account is secure and only accessible by the customer who owns it, we operate a password entry policy. IF you have forgotten your password, or have incorrectly entered it more than twice, it will lock instantly for security.

    Please email or call Customer Services, who can issue you an automated email of your password reminder and allow you to enter and update, if you so wish to.
