  • Shipping Instructions
    We provide global shipping services. For international shipping, we use FEDEX-Express as the default option.

    However, due to the different policies and customs conditions in different countries, shipping options will be changed in several countries to minimize package processing time.

    Once the package is sent, you will be able to receive your tracking number via email or the order management of the personal account in the official website.

    Please see the list below for the delivery dates for international shipping services.

  • Shipping Fees
    Our shipping costs are based on the weight system and use the most favorable shipping system/option.

    If you need to pre-calculate the shipping cost, please select the country that needs to be transported and add the item to the shopping cart for trial.

    The shipping fee limit is USD : 110 / NTD : 3000.
    Free shipping standard is USD : 1250 / NTD : 35000.
  • Import Tariffs
    Customs and import duties and fees may apply to international orders when the goods arrive at their destination, depending on the country.

    These additional charges will be charged directly to the recipient by FedEx / EMS / SF-Express or your local customs.

    We will reduce the declared value of exports to allow consumers to reduce import tariffs.

    If the return problem is caused by the refusal to pay the tariff, the consumer will bear the freight for the return.
  • RETURN POLICY
    Buyer/consumer who inquires or applies for a return or exchange, please write to: [email protected] or contact us via FACEBOOK messenger to explain your return requirements.
    (Pictures showing the faults or damages of the item is required to be attached in the email with the return/exchange request.)


    Internet consumption:

    For buyers/consumers of online consumption, returns and exchanges may be unconditionally processed within seven days from the date of arrival, and discounted items that are more than/including 30% off may not be returned or exchanged.

    Regarding the return of defective products, the seller/merchant shall bear all shipping charges.

    Regarding the return of non-defective products, the buyer/consumer must bear all the shipping costs, and the seller/merchant will return the amount of the purchase after receives the complete item to be returned.

    Regarding the exchange of goods, the price amount of the newly purchased goods must be equal to or exceed the original value of the goods to be returned.
    The buyer/consumer must bear all the freight charges for the round-trip. When the seller/merchant receives the complete goods to be returned, the buyer/consumer pays the amount to be replenished through PAYPAL, WeChat or remittance,etc.
    After completing the above operations, the seller/merchant will send out your newly purchased replacement product.

    Store consumption:

    The buyer/consumer who purchased in the store will only accept to exchange ,and not allow to return in all conditions, except for defective products.

    The buyer/consumer must maintain the integrity of the goods to be exchanged within 24 hours from the date of arrival, and the price amount of the newly purchased goods must be equal to or exceed the original value of the goods to be returned.
