This includes, but is not limited to, the documentation, images, characters, design, music, software, codes and format scripts. The material included in the web site IMMENSE.TW is protected by copyright.

Reproduction, modification, transmission, re-publication and/or re-distribution to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from IMMENSE. 

IMMENSE does not allow the use of the web site’s contents or the trademark for any other purpose than what is written above.

PROCESSING ORDERS

IMMENSE reserves the right to decline an order in the event that our bank account does not receive verification from the Client's bank. It is at the sole discretion of IMMENSE to reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at anytime.

FINAL CUSTOMER

IMMENSE has created and published the web site IMMENSE.TW with the mission to offer a service exclusively for its own Clients.
The products on sale on the web site IMMENSE.TW are destined to the Final Customer. By “Final Customer”, IMMESNE intends person or people who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activity that may include but not be limited to the re-sale of merchandise purchased at IMMENSE.TW.
Therefore, IMMENSE invites Users who may not be considered a “Final Customer” to refrain both from attempting to establish business relations with IMMENSE.TW nor to use accounts of third parties to forward purchase orders relative to the merchandise on sale.
In regard to the commercial policy described above, IMMENSE reserves the right to not process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the said commercial policies.

PRE-ORDERS

IMMENSE, through its site IMMENSE.TW, offers Clients the possibility to place orders for available merchandise and to reserve items in arrival as “Pre-Orders”.
With “Pre-Orders” (reserved items in arrival) the slated delivery date may be after months from the order placement. Credit Cards for “Pre-Orders” will be authorized when the order is placed and charged immediately.
In the event an item reserved by the Client does not arrive from the Designer, the Client will be informed and refunded.

SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

All Clients who enter into a commercial relationship with IMMENSE.TW by placing an order MUST have the item delivered. If at anytime, a Client refuses the delivery or requests a return to sender all extra shipments and any import fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement

To place orders at IMMENSE.TW Clients must:

- Be 18 years or older.
- Be eligible to enter legally binding contracts.
- Be competent to enter legally binding contracts.
- Have a valid POP e-mail address.
- Have a valid Credit Card for authorization and payment: Visa or MasterCard and wire transfer.

Special Import Requirements for United States residents:

Clients in the United States must have a Social Security Number or NON US CITIZEN Import Number called a CPB - Customs Border Protection - assigned number to properly import goods and pay import fees tothe US Government Custom’s Agency. The process to obtain a CBP assigned importnumber generally takes 10 business days.

All orders from the IMMENSE.TW web site will besubject to import fees outside of the European Community and it is the sole responsibility of the Client to comply with import regulations and pay import fees.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address as per the IMMENSE.TW commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

IMMENSE publishes information on its website IMMENSE.TW in order to provide a service to Users, but declines every responsibility of the possibility of eventual technical inaccuracy and/or typographical errors. Once brought to attention, IMMENSE will execute immediate correction.

IMMENSE also reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the web site when necessary without giving prior notice.

IMMENSE does not offer any guaranty that the information published on its own web site, is in conformity with the laws of the User’s competent jurisdiction.

IMMENSE web site IMMENSE.TW is a protected site according to international Internet standards which, if used correctly, Users can be reassured not to encounter viruses.

However, IMMENSE declines any responsibility from eventual problems, damages, viruses or risks that the User may incur during the misuse of the web site and declines any responsibility from eventual faulty operations of the web<>site due to the deactivation of “cookies” in the User’s browser.

IMMENSE reserves the right to modify the terms and the conditions contained in this legal note when it is necessary without giving prior notice.

The request for the above information can be renewed with an interval of ninety days, except for the existence of justified motivations; the cancellation, the modification in anonymous format of all of the data in case of violation of laws, together with the data which is not used for the aims for which they were collected.

IMMENSE.TW declines every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original.

Images on IMMENSE.TW belong to IMMENSE and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of IMMENSE is forbidden.

It is possible that Designers will make changes in the production phase and/or decide not to produce an item. In the event there is a difference with a Pre-Order item or an item that will not arrive from the Designer, IMMENSE.TW will contact the Client for express approval and either proceed to shipment, cancel the order for a refund.
