  • Repairs
    If the product undergoes structural damage caused by normal use, for example, loosen sewing thread in a large distance, damaged  zipper no longer operative, fall off buttons, etc., we can provide assistance.

    For products of domestic designer brands, we will repair them by sending to professionals after our careful evaluation, or send the products to the brand for repair.

    For imported designer brand products, we will determine the level of repair possibility after careful evaluation, and hand it over to professionals for repair. For a few brands of products, we can contact the brand to discuss repair matters.

    Note that during the repair process, the buyer/consumer will have to bear the additional freight and repair fees that may occur; the details and amount will be slightly different according to the individual cases and the service plan we choosed.

  • Maintenance Recommendations
        Washing & Maintenance    

    General advice

    -It is recommended to wash the dark and light colors separately.
    -The color of the fabric will fade slightly when the dark clothes are washed for the first time, which is normal. It is recommended to wash them by hand.
    -In order to avoid fading of the clothes, wash them on the reverse side, and do not soak for a long time, and do not use bleach.
    -All machine washes mentioned below are only suitable for washing with fine mesh bags.

    Hemp / Linen

    -Creases is normal for fabrics containing cotton/linen. Please avoid rubbing for fluff. It is recommended to wash by hand, or turn to the back and put in a fine mesh laundry bag to machine wash at a low speed. Do not dehydration for too long.
    -The use of softener and laundry detergent can slightly improve the thorny feeling of fibers.
    -Please avoid using detergent with fluorescent brightener.
    -Shrink will easily happen during washing,so after washing, lightly wring out, pull the clothes gently to adjust the shape, hang in the shade or dry flat, and then dry it to avoid creasing.
    -Do not use the machine to dry, to avoid shrinkage of clothes.
    -If the clothes are wrinkled, please spray them wet and then iron them with a high-temperature iron or steam iron.

    Polyester

    -Clothes are recommended to be washed by hand for the first time.
    -Clean the dirt locally and then wash it by hand.
    -Do not dry, iron at low temperature.
    -Artificial fibers such as yarn, chiffon and satin can be washed in water and ironed at low temperature.

    Silk

    -Do not wash, dry clean only.
    -Please avoid sharp objects to prevent snagging.
    -Can be ironed at low temperature.

    Knitting

    -It is recommended to wash by hand to maintain the integrity of the clothes.
    -Due to the different skin conditions of each person, it is recommended to match clothes inside when wearing knitted goods.
    -Do not pull excessively to prevent deformation or damage when wearing.
    -When drying clothes, avoid direct sunlight to damage the gloss and elasticity of clothes. After washing, it is recommended to dry in the shade and iron normally, but do not dry.
    -Using neutral detergent, put it in a fine mesh bag and machine wash in a weak washing way to avoid excessive pulling of the machine washing and causing clothing deformation and damage.

    Wool

    -Pure wool and blended wool are recommended for dry cleaning.
    -Can iron normally.


        Silver & Other Accessories    

    Accessories

    -Durable materials such as copper, steel, alloy, etc., can be used for simple cleaning of the appearance with a soft small brush to take away the sticky dirt, and use a cotton cloth dipped in a small amount of alcohol to wipe it clean.
    -For silver products, please use a special silver-wiping cloth, wipe regularly to remove the oxide layer; strictly avoid contact with sulfurized substances.
    -Do not contact with chemicals (cosmetics, perfumes, sea water or hot springs, etc.) for a long time to avoid fading, paint peeling, deterioration, mottled peeling.



        Leather Conservation    

    Synthetic leather / Artificial leather

    -When it comes with large areas, dry cleaning is recommended.
    -Hand washing is recommended first.
    -The dirty area can be partially soaked or dipped in water and rubbed gently to clean.

    Bags / Wallets

    -Please avoid dampness or contact with water. If you accidentally splash water, please wipe it dry immediately, and place it in a ventilated place to air dry.
    -Leather products, please wipe the maintenance oil, special maintenance foam, or cleaning products regularly.
    -Please store it in a dry place with a dust bag for longevity.
    -Please avoid deformation caused by extrusion.

    Leather shoes / Boots

    -It is recommended to clean locally.
    -Avoid flooding or splashing large areas.
    -Please wipe the correct color or transparent shoe polish regularly, or use related shoe cleaning products.
    -You can heat the shoe polish and wipe it evenly on the shoes. After 1 minute, wipe the surface with a damp cotton cloth and lightly polish it. After wiping, wipe off the excess water immediately and speed wipe it with a soft cotton cloth for polishing.
    -Do not touch water with suede material.
    -If you are not wearing it, you can put it in the shoe support to avoid deformation, or put it in a dust bag, shoe box and store it in a dry and cool place.



        Other Footwear Maintenance    

    Sneakers / Sports(cloth) shoes

    -It is recommended to wash by hand.
    -The dirty area can be partially soaked and gently rubbed for cleaning.
    -Please use relevant footwear cleaning products regularly.
    -Do not touch water with suede material.
    -Shoes with special materials can be sent to a professional shoe washing shop for cleaning.
    -If you are not wearing it, you can put it in the shoe support to avoid deformation, or put it in a dust bag, shoe box and store it in a dry and cool place.
